Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate/postgraduate courses in Accounting, Finance, and related subjects.
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessment methods in line with curriculum requirements.
  • Train students in accounting principles, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.
  • Conduct Skill Development Classes covering:
  • Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Personality Development & Grooming
  • Resume Writing & Interview Skills
  • Workplace Etiquette & Professional Behavior
  • Teamwork, Leadership, and Problem-Solving
  • Basic Computer & Accounting Software Skills (MS Office, Tally, etc.)
  • Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and career readiness.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting standards and employability skills.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and institutional events.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Accounting/Commerce/Finance (Ph.D. preferred).
  • Professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) will be an advantage.
  • Strong subject knowledge in accounting, taxation, and finance.
  • Ability to teach both academic subjects and skill development topics.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms.

Job Type: Permanent
