Job Summary

The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects by leveraging their expertise in SFMC Exact Target SFMC CDP and DMP API SQL and more. With a hybrid work model and no travel required this position offers a dynamic and flexible work environment. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience and will contribute significantly to our companys mission by ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of solutions using SFMC Exact Target ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the integration of SFMC CDP and DMP to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Provide expertise in API development and management to facilitate seamless communication between systems.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Utilize logical data modeling techniques to design robust and scalable data structures.
  • Implement and maintain JavaScript CSS and HTML code to enhance user interface and experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all technical implementations.
  • Contribute to the development of sales planning and execution strategies leveraging domain expertise.
  • Drive multi-channel initiatives to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support the companys mission by delivering high-quality solutions that positively impact society. Qualifications
  • Possess strong experience in SFMC Exact Target SFMC CDP and DMP API SQL JavaScript CSS and HTML.
  • Demonstrate expertise in logical data modeling and data structure design.
  • Exhibit knowledge in sales planning and execution and multi-channel strategies.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work environment.
