Position: Service Executive (Solar Inverter Industry)

Location: 1. Surat, 2. Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent after-sales service and support to customers who have purchased solar inverters.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with solar inverters and associated systems.
  • Perform necessary field services, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with inverter systems, including power conversion, grid connection, and component function.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners by providing prompt and effective support.
  • Address escalated complaints and service requests to ensure timely resolution and improve overall service delivery.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to customers and installation partners on the proper operation and maintenance of solar inverters.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and system performance.

Candidate requirement:

  • Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of solar inverters, their function, and common issues is essential.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to manage client interactions effectively.
  • Troubleshooting Abilities: The capacity to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Salary: 1,80,000 - 4,00,000 p.a.

Experience: 1-4 years in Solar Industry
