About Indian Cyber Club

Indian Cyber Club is a fast-growing EdTech startup specialising in cybersecurity and ethical hacking programs. Our mission is to empower students with industry-ready skills in cybersecurity while spreading awareness about digital safety.

We are looking for 
Business Development Executives
 who can take ownership of driving enrollments for our ethical hacking programs and contribute to our growth journey.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, your primary role will be to 
connect with students, explain our cybersecurity programs, and drive enrollments
. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closing admissions—while ensuring students clearly understand the value of our courses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, social media, and other outreach methods
  • Explain ethical hacking & cybersecurity programs to potential students and their parents (if required)
  • Achieve monthly enrollment targets through effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and prospects
  • Track leads and maintain records in CRM/Excel sheets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute student outreach campaigns
  • Provide feedback from students to improve program offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Freshers welcome; experience in sales/EdTech preferred)
  • Excellent 
    communication and persuasion skills
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejections positively
  • Comfortable with phone calls, counselling, and outreach activities
  • Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary:
     ₹15,000/month (fixed) + Attractive Incentives on enrollments
