Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the brand's social media strategy and content calendar in alignment with overall brand vision.
Plan and run monthly campaigns and always-on content across the brand's suite of financial products.
Coordinate short-form video production—from script support to shoot and agency editing.
Manage influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, coordination, and performance tracking.
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
Liaise with agencies and production partners for timely campaign execution.
Monitor platform trends and suggest innovative content formats to test.
Compile and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with Product, Brand, and Growth teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Skills & Experience Required3–4 years of hands-on social media marketing experience, preferably in consumer tech; fintech is a plus.
Proven experience executing campaigns end-to-end—from planning to reporting.
Strong coordination skills for working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with financial products like credit cards, loans, and insurance.
Proficiency in campaign performance tracking and optimization.
Experience working with influencers and influencer agencies.
Knowledge of all major social media platforms, their functionality, and best practices.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
Education:
Required: Any postgraduate from a reputed institute.
Preferred: Post Graduate in Mass Communication / MBA / BBA.
Certifications in Social Media Marketing are an added advantage.
