We're looking for a
Social Media Executive
with at least 1
-2 years of hands-on experience
, ideally in
D2C/eCommerce
, who is analytical, self-driven, and meticulous about performance data.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Planning:
- Develop and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
- Stay updated with platform trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to optimize strategy.
Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Write engaging, clear, and compelling copies tailored for each social platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create multimedia content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging are consistent across platforms.
Scheduling & Execution:
- Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.).
- Monitor post-performance and audience interactions in real time.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, etc.).
- Generate performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in
social media management
(minimum 1–2 years preferred). - Strong
copywriting skills
with the ability to adapt tone and style per platform. - Knowledge of
social media scheduling and management tools
(e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite). - Basic understanding of
analytics tools
(Google Analytics, native platform insights, etc.). - Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with paid social campaigns is a plus.
Nice-to-Have
- Graphic design basics (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Video editing for short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
- Knowledge of SEO and hashtag strategies.
