Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular surveillance and audits to identify areas of improvement in infection prevention practices.
  • Develop and implement effective infection control policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Provide continuous nursing education on infection control principles, biomedical waste management, and sterilization techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with NABH standards by conducting regular inspections and monitoring patient care activities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to investigate outbreaks of hospital-acquired infections.
