Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Membership Assistant based in Lucknow, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Community Membership Assistant will be responsible for supporting membership processes, maintaining member relationships, managing administrative tasks, and collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth experience for the community. Key tasks include handling inquiries, providing customer support, and assisting in the organization of events or meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Customer service experience to address member inquiries effectively and professionally
  • Proficiency in administrative assistance, including scheduling and organizational tasks
  • Computer literacy with familiarity in routine office software and digital tools
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage tasks independently when required
  • Previous experience in community engagement or membership management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
