About the Role

We're looking for an
Account/ Project Manager
to join
Illuminate Communication
, a creative branding and marketing studio based in Chennai.

You'll be the connecting link between clients, our design and content teams, and the founder, ensuring projects move seamlessly from idea to execution while maintaining clarity, timelines, and creative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between
    clients
    ,
    designers
    , and content teams
  • Convert client discussions into clear action points, briefs, and timelines
  • Create and maintain project workflows, trackers, and task sheets
    for the team
  • Manage project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and approvals
  • Communicate updates to clients and ensure expectations are aligned throughout
  • Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and performance reports
  • Ensure quality control, smooth file handovers, and that all deliverables meet the creative brief, brand direction, and timelines

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience
    in account management, project coordination, or client servicing (preferably in a creative / design / marketing agency)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Familiar with workflows across
    branding, social media, websites, and marketing
