About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping networks. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a passion for performance marketing, and hands-on experience in driving measurable ROI through Google Ads strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Optimize campaigns for CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROI.
  • Develop ad copy, creatives, and A/B testing strategies to improve performance.
  • Monitor daily budget pacing and bid strategies to maximize results.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and insights for management and clients.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Measurement) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with PPC tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Optmyzr) is a plus.
