Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable E-commerce Trainer to train students and professionals in online business management, product listing, marketplace handling, and digital sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have practical experience on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, and social commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

  • Conduct regular classroom or online training sessions on e-commerce operations and digital selling.
  • Teach practical modules including:
  • Product listing, cataloging, and optimization
  • Pricing, promotions, and inventory management
  • Order fulfillment and logistics coordination
  • Customer service and return management
  • Payment gateway setup and reconciliation
  • Digital marketing for e-commerce (Meta Ads, Google Shopping, SEO for products)
  • Provide hands-on sessions with live seller dashboards and real marketplace examples.

Curriculum & Material Development

  • Develop structured course content, assignments, and assessments.
  • Update training modules as per the latest e-commerce trends and platform policies.
  • Prepare training presentations, manuals, and case studies.

Student & Performance Management

  • Track learner progress, provide feedback, and guide them for certification or real-time store setup.
  • Conduct mock sessions, Q&A, and practical evaluations.
  • Support participants in setting up their own online store or marketplace seller account.

Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing and placement teams for student engagement and job assistance.
  • Coordinate with partner companies for live project opportunities.

Key Skills Required

  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, JioMart, Shopify, etc.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially Facebook/Instagram ads for e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for beginners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and Google Workspace.

Qualification

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
  • Certification in E-commerce / Digital Marketing preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
