Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Officer, located in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include managing debt collection processes, communicating with clients to resolve outstanding balances, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires maintaining accurate financial records and utilising analytical skills to assess and enhance collection strategies. Adherence to company policies and compliance standards will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of experience in Collection
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing financial data and developing strategies
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with industry compliance standards related to debt collection is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
