Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated professional who can combine
Cyber Security expertise
with strong
Business Analysis skills
in the
Finance domain
. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, assessing security risks, implementing effective cybersecurity measures, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT security teams, and finance teams to gather requirements and define security needs.
  • Perform
    risk assessments
    ,
    threat modeling
    , and
    security gap analysis
    across financial applications and systems.
  • Support the
    implementation of security controls
    in compliance with financial regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR).
  • Document
    business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows
    to support cybersecurity initiatives in the finance domain.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities and recommend
    cybersecurity solutions
    aligned with business goals.
  • Support
    incident response, forensic analysis, and root cause investigations
    for security events in financial systems.
  • Work with finance teams to ensure that
    fraud prevention, data protection, and transaction security
    mechanisms are in place.
  • Conduct
    vendor risk assessments
    and third-party security evaluations for financial service providers.
  • Create and deliver
    reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation
    for management and regulatory bodies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience as a
    Cyber Security Analyst
    or
    Business Analyst
    within the
    Finance domain
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    financial systems, banking processes, or capital markets
    .
  • Knowledge of
    cybersecurity frameworks
    (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls) and regulatory requirements in finance.
  • Proficiency in
    risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response
    .
  • Strong skills in
    business analysis
    – requirement gathering, documentation, process modeling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with
    SIEM tools, data loss prevention (DLP), IAM, and cloud security solutions
    .
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
