E-commerce Manager
to take our digital presence and sales to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage GRASS products across marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit).
  • Optimize product listings weekly to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage bidding to maximize ad performance.
  • Run marketplace ads and track ROI within allocated budgets.
  • Improve product rankings and category visibility on each platform.
  • Strategize and execute offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Continuously track competition and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Increase the brand visibility with listing on new platforms.

What we're looking for:

  • 2–4 years of experience in managing e-commerce/marketplace operations (beauty/FMCG/D2C preferred).
  • Strong understanding of seller dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with marketplace ads, keyword bidding, and ROI optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Self-starter attitude and passion for building brands in a competitive space.
