It is also a license partner for multiple properties such as Music Properties (AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Elvis Presley, Iron maiden, The Beatles, Aerosmith); University Properties (Yale, Harvard, University of Southern California, University of Cambridge); Gaming Properties (Tetris, Call of Duty, Fortnite, Space Invaders, Sonic); Football Club Properties (Juventus, Manchester City, PSG, Barcelona, Liverpool); Legend Properties (Marilyn Monroe, Md. Ali, Rocky); Other Properties (Disney, Marvel, Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol, Emoji, Pink Panther, MGM Logo, Peanuts, Moto GP,
BT21, Sesame Street) for product categories ranging from apparel to fashion.
The company was established in 2014 and has been active in the Indian market for around nine years. And is now looking at expanding its footprint exponentially.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ecommerce Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Ecommerce Platform Management:
- Oversee the management and optimization of assigned ecommerce platforms
- Monitor ecommerce sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable insights.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute effective online campaigns and promotions.
- Utilize various marketing channels to increase brand visibility and attract more customers.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure excellent customer service and support on the ecommerce platform.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Inventory and Logistics Coordination:
- Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Budgeting and Profitability:
- Develop and manage the ecommerce sales budget to achieve desired profitability targets. Implement cost-effective strategies while maximizing revenue.
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience of 4+ years in Ecommerce Sales
- Demonstrated track record of driving ecommerce sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Understanding of customer behavior and online consumer trends. Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry developments and best practices.
