The Consultant - Supply Chain Business Systems role will be based in Hyderabad, NEXTracker office. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager Supply Chain Program Management. The consultant will be leading and managing all business system related tasks for the New Product Introduction (NPI) team.

  • Work with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to understand the business process and identify system needs
  • Initiate and lead the system development projects to meet new requirements or to improve current processes
  • Coordinate new system development and existing system improvements with the business system team acting as a bridge between business system and NPI team.
  • Coordinate drafting of Business Requirement Document and conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Provide support for system application integration, ensuring seamless interaction between different software solutions.
  • Work on fetching data from existing true sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Regularly report on project status, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges. Support with automation to streamline and reduce manual data entry tasks, increasing operational efficiency.
  • Process data to develop and create high-level insightful NPI dashboards that are easy to understand for stakeholders using Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement measures to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of data used in dashboards and reporting. Preparing dashboards for quick executive level summary to know program status.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to enhance NPI processes and systems for continuous improvement.
  • Convene process redesign workshops internally or through external resources, educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes and documenting processes.
  • Proficient in creating clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, reports and provide training to the internal stakeholders of NPI team.

Here is some of what youll need (required):

  • 8-12 years of overall experience required.
  • Solid structuring and analytical skills to keep track of multiple projects and vendors, in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint. Strong data analysis skills required
  • Experience with VBA and PowerBI preferred
  • Experience with Anaplan or similar supply chain-oriented business system preferred
  • Advanced communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Fluent oral and written communications in English
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly
  • Knowledge of Program management tools like Jira and confluence, PLM software like Arena and enterprise resource planning software like NetSuite
  • Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines, excellent time management.

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:

  • Bachelors degree in a technical and/or business major; graduate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, solar and/or steel sector preferred
  • Experience working in an international environment
