The company develops and implements solutions for treatment of different types of wastewater like, domestic, industrial and commercial and make. The motive behind dealing with waste is to recycle or produce it in reusable form.

The attention (Key clientele) is Real Estate Builders, Colonisers, Architects, City/State/Central Government bodies etc. The company also enjoys monopoly in the market of Sewage Treatment Plant domain because of the uniqueness of the products developed.

Role Overview:

The Draftsman will play a critical role in supporting architects and engineers by producing high-quality technical drawings, 3D models, and BIM documentation. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who understands construction workflows and can work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain 2D drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation using Revit BIM.
• Develop detailed drawings.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and BIM execution plans.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to resolve design discrepancies.
• Perform regular updates, revisions, and version control of BIM models and drawings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 1–4 years of professional experience in drafting/design using Revit BIM (freshers with strong Revit knowledge may also be considered).
• Proficiency in Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP).
• Familiarity with BIM standards.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Experience in large-scale projects (infrastructure, high-rise buildings, or industrial plants).
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, quantity take-off, and material scheduling using BIM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
