Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager located in Hyderabad. The Shift Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a high-quality dining experience. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, monitoring inventory, handling customer issues, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for training new employees and optimizing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in staff management and scheduling
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain inventory and manage supplies
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are favorable
