Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in client communication and follow-up to ensure all client needs are met.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue bookings, vendor management, and guest list organization.
  • Prepare presentations and reports using MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel.
  • Support the team in multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attend client meetings and take detailed notes to ensure all client requirements are understood.
  • Assist in creating event proposals and budgets for clients.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
