About Position :

We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in JMeter and API performance testing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and scaling performance tests to simulate high-traffic scenariosup to 1 million usersfor web applications and APIs.

You will work closely with development and QA teams to ensure system reliability under load, generate insightful performance reports, and identify bottlenecks. Experience with BlazeMeter is essential for cloud-based performance testing and test automation.

Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and helping them grow in performance testing methodologies.

What You'll Do:

• As a Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability and reliability of web applications and APIs under high traffic conditions. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Designing and executing performance tests using JMeter, focusing on API performance and simulating traffic loads up to 1 million users.
• Setting up and maintaining performance testing environments, ensuring accurate and repeatable test results.
• Utilizing BlazeMeter for cloud-based performance testing and integrating it into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Analyzing test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights.
• Creating detailed performance reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentoring junior team members, guiding them in performance testing best practices and tool usage.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing system performance at scale.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• JMeter and API testing (API performance testing using JMeter)
• Performance Testing - Involved in setup, writing and executing Performance tests to simulate high traffic for websites.
• Tests should be capable to scale to simulate a 1M website traffic.
• Should be able to create effective performance reports.
• Would also have to guide junior team members on this activity.
• JMeter, BlazeMeter , Basic knowledge of Agile, Good communication skills.
