My Home Group is a leading firm specializing in civil engineering, construction, and interior designing. Our services include structural repairs and renovation, waterproofing, painting, plumbing, flooring, interior designing for both home and commercial projects, redevelopment, new construction, and project management consultancy. Our team of experienced Architects, Civil Engineers, Project Consultants, and Designers ensure high-quality work is completed on time.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Accountant / Tally at My Home Group located in Mumbai. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing company accounts, preparing financial statements, and overseeing bookkeeping activities. This role will also involve handling Tally entries, managing invoices, conducting financial audits, and reporting. Some work from home flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Tally software and accounting principles
  • Experience with financial statement preparation and bookkeeping
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, auditing, and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the construction or real estate sector is a plus
