About the Role
Techlotus Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated
Junior Accountant
to join our finance and accounts team. The role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional who has basic knowledge of accounting practices, Tally ERP, and return filing. The candidate will work closely with the senior accounts team to ensure smooth accounting and compliance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in
Tally ERP
. - Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in
GST, TDS, and PTRC
return preparation and filing. - Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and vendor ledgers.
- Support in statutory compliance and audit-related documentation.
- Maintain proper records of vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for timely submissions.
- Assist senior accountants in preparing financial statements and MIS reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of
Tally ERP
is mandatory. - Basic understanding of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and compliance filings.
- Strong MS Excel skills (basic formulas, reconciliation).
- Attention to detail, good numerical ability, and time management skills.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
