About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves lead generation, nurturing prospects, and assisting in expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads through various online platforms and databases.
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate contact information.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Assist in preparing proposals and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.
Desired Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM tools.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in business development or lead generation (freshers welcome).
