Full job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate records, and support the finance operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and be proficient with tools like Tally or Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and bills as needed
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
  • Maintain GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation
  • Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on payment status
  • Support in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports
  • Ensure proper filing of accounting documents and data

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting and finance
  • Familiarity with Tally, Excel, or accounting software
  • Good with numbers and calculations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
  • Ability to manage time and work independently
  • Good communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
