*Job Title:* Phlebotomist and health care assistant

*Key Responsibilities:*

  1. *Blood Collection & Intravenous infusion medication: Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture or capillary puncture techniques. Intravenous and intramuscular injections to be administered as per doctor prescription.

  2. *Patient Preparation:* Prepare patients for blood collection, dental, Gynae, sonography, skin treatments explain the procedure, and answer questions.

  3. *Sample Handling:* Label, handle, and process blood samples correctly to ensure accurate test results.

  4. *Equipment Maintenance:* Maintain and calibrate equipment & clinic sanitisation. Clinic cleanlines.

  5. *Infection Control:* Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.

  6. *Patient Safety:* Ensure patient safety and comfort during the blood collection process.

  7. *Record Keeping:* Maintain accurate records of blood collections, medication, stocks, including patient information and test results.

*Requirements:*

  1. *Education:* Certificate or diploma in phlebotomy or a related field.

  2. *Training:* Completion of a phlebotomy training program or equivalent experience.

  3. *Certification:* Certification as a phlebotomist.

  4. *Skills:* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with patients of all ages.

*Work Environment:*

OPD clinic with walk in patients.

Tuesday to Sunday

10am to 8pm

*Salary Range:*

INR 8000 to 15000/- per month

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9, ₹15,000.00 per month
