**Job Description: Phlebotomist cum DEO**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Blood Collection**:

- Perform venipuncture and other blood collection techniques with precision and care.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during the blood collection process.
- Adhere to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- **House-to-House Collection**:

- Travel to patient locations to collect blood samples, maintaining punctuality and professionalism.
- Handle and transport samples securely to ensure integrity.
- **Sample Pre-processing**:

- Label and organize collected samples accurately.
- Prepare samples for laboratory testing as per protocol.
- **Data Maintenance** **and Record-Keeping**:

- Accurately enter patient data, test results, and other records into the database.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical patient records promptly.
- **Booking and Front Desk Management**:

- Manage patient bookings and appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide a welcoming experience at the front desk.
- **Physician Assistance**:

- Support physicians in basic clinical tasks as required.
- Ensure all necessary patient information and samples are available for physician review.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Certification in Phlebotomy or relevant healthcare training.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with medical record systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle work-related travel for patient visits.
- Knowledge of healthcare safety standards and regulations.

**Work Hours and Location**
- **Timing**: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- **Work Mode**: Combination of on-site duties and work-related travel for home collections.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
