Role & responsibilities

  • Process Optimization & Improvement: Analyze existing manufacturing processes using time studies, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements using lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, etc.).
  • Monitor key KPIs (OEE, FTT, cycle time, takt time) and drive action plans for improvement.
  • Implementing standards: Industrial Engineering Activities
  • Conduct work measurement and manpower planning.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and line balancing studies.
  • Lead ergonomic evaluations and layout planning.
  • Facility Expansion & Capex Projects
  • Assist in planning and executing facility layout changes, equipment installation, and utilities planning.
  • Support development of Capex proposals, ROI calculations, and vendor coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during commissioning and ramp-up.
  • Process Documentation & Control: Create and maintain process documents including PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions.
  • Conduct process audits and ensure process adherence on the shop floor.
  • Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Support production teams in resolving daily technical issues.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for process deviations

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 1-3 year

Qualification: Industrial Engineering or Production

Experience in Battery Manufacturing is additional benefit.
