Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Email Developer to design, build, and optimize responsive email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in email coding, campaign management, and performance optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive, structured, and visually appealing email templates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate campaign requirements into functional email templates.
  • Implement personalization strings and conditional logic to enhance user experience.
  • Test emails across multiple devices and email clients to ensure compatibility and flawless rendering.
  • Optimize emails for performance, deliverability, and user engagement.
  • Manage, schedule, and deploy campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Klaviyo.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to deliver on-brand campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, deliverability guidelines, and best practices in email development.

Technical & Functional Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS (including media queries), and JavaScript for email development.
  • Hands-on experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in email development with a portfolio of past campaigns.
  • Knowledge of responsive design, cross-client compatibility, and email deliverability best practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, ESP reports) for performance tracking.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹234, ₹1,316,590.16 per year
