  • We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals and other varied sectors from premier institutes and corporates with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the polity of the nation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Associates/Senior Associates will provide research-based actionable insights for the client (political party), grounded in in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis of political, electoral, governance, and policy trends.
  • Prepare research reports, white papers, and briefing notes etc. for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor news, speeches of leaders, policy developments and public discourse to identify political narratives emerging from all forms of media.
  • Visualize trends through infographics, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to deliver high-impact work, including speechwriting, press-conference talking points, campaign strategy, and manifesto drafting etc.

  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate a solid grasp of political trends, key governance challenges, and shifts in public sentiment.
  • The candidate should have strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, and be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • The role requires passionate, self-driven professionals with a strong understanding of the consulting industry.
  • While this is an exciting opportunity that offers significant exposure, it also demands strict confidentiality and exemplary client-management skills.
  • The job may require to be flexible and work extended hours when necessary.

Desired Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum degree from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 academic institution.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Political consulting, Journalism, law firms, economic institutions or similar experience is an added advantage.
