  • Identify advance data collection and analysis for project activities, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine New / improvement project feasibility.
  • Responsible for producing the Project Management Plan.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Plan all construction, Machine installation, commissioning operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
  • Selects appropriate processes for the project.
  • Identifies dependencies of project activities.

  • Identifies the required level of quality for the project.

  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

  • Share monitoring check sheet for Legal Compliances as applicable before and during the project execution

  • Ensures all contract obligations are closed.

  • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities

  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Verify their all certificates and past work experience

  • Ensure their vendor code generated and work order issued accordingly

  • Ensure ultimate responsibility for the projects success.

  • Works with Management to identify constraints and assumptions.
  • Promotes a productive and collaborative environment.
  • Leads and facilitates the planning process.
  • Keep track/stock of all the material in stock as per project requirement.
  • Enforces risk management processes.
  • Participates in procurement processes.
  • Creates Change Management Plan.
  • Works with Management to meet their expectations.
  • Moves the project towards its goal on a daily basis.
  • Uses metrics to control project progress.
  • Determines whether a change request is needed to get back on track.

  • Performs project closure and handover

  • Ensure work task is allotted to vendors as per planning.

  • Ensure the quality and quantity of materials received from venders

  • All bills must verified and payment done as per agreement term and conditions.

  • Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed

  • Assists the team during project execution.
  • Works with the team to keep as close as possible to the Plan.
  • Keeps the focus of the team on Risk Management throughout the project.
  • Motivates the project team.
  • Holds team building activities.
  • Develops team members both for project and organization benefits.
  • Organizes performance reviews.
  • Build harmonious and conducive working environment with zero tolerance for any unethical, indiscipline or unrest in Team
  • Responsible for training of employees and workers on efficient running of project activities so that it results in minimum slow down
  • Control on manpower number and absenteeism through motivation, ensure manpower cost is within budget

  • Instilling company values & behaviors as demonstrated habits in the Team

  • Analyses requisite time and cost reserves.

  • Selects and controls processes that can deliver the required quality.
  • Is responsible for developing a realistic schedule.
  • Actively avoids changes.
  • Controls implementation of approved changes.
  • Controls the project in all aspects (scope, time, costs, risks, quality, etc.)
  • Analyses variances with the Project Management Plan.

  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

  • Explains the project life cycle and processes to Management.

  • Integrates all pieces of a project into a whole.
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports and share to Management on daily basis
