Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include prospecting, lead generation, client consultations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role requires maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction, along with meeting sales targets and reporting on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the construction or manufacturing industries is a plus
  • Ability to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
