About the Role

We are seeking a
Tech Lead
who can blend
hands-on AI/ML engineering, scalable system design, and consulting expertise
to solve complex business challenges for leading
insurance and healthcare clients
.

This is not just a coding role—you'll architect
enterprise-grade AI solutions

lead a team

engage directly with customers

What You'll Do

  • Architect & Build
    : Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions using Python and modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • Customer Engagement
    : Work directly with clients to understand business problems and translate them into deployable tech solutions.
  • Lead Projects End-to-End
    : From strategy, planning, and execution to deployment (containerized, cloud-native) and post-delivery support.
  • Team Leadership
    : Mentor, coach, and guide engineers; ensure best practices in coding, design, and delivery.
  • Scale Solutions
    : Build AI products that are production-ready and capable of large-scale deployments in insurance and healthcare.
  • Bridge Tech & Business
    : Simplify complex AI concepts into actionable business value for stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience
    : 7–9 years in building and delivering scalable software/AI solutions, with at least
    3+ years of team leadership
    .

Tech Skills
:

  • Strong in
    Python
    , system design, and scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on with
    AI/ML frameworks
    (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • Experience with
    data science workflows
    and deploying into containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Cloud expertise (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  • Consulting Mindset
    :
  • Proven
    customer-facing consulting experience
    .
  • Ability to convert business problems into clear technical outcomes.
  • Domain
    : Exposure to
    Insurance / Healthcare
    projects is a strong plus.
  • Work Style
    : Startup mindset—adaptable, hands-on, outcome-driven.
