About The Role
As a Principal Tech Lead_iOT Driven Digital Solutions, you'll be the driving force behind the design,

architecture, and performance optimization of products that process massive data transactions and

sensor-driven information in real time.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams — from product to design to hardware — to ensure our

systems perform seamlessly with sub-second responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable systems handling large volumes of real-time data.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams in building IoT-based solutions integrating multiple data

sources and sensors.

  • Optimize data processing, pipelines, and API responses for sub-second performance and

reliability.

  • Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to ensure efficient sensor data integration and

communication.

  • Drive end-to-end technical decisions — from architecture to deployment — ensuring alignment

with business goals.

  • Establish best practices for coding, reviews, and system scalability.
  • Stay hands-on in high-impact technical areas, while guiding and mentoring others

Requirements
MUST HAVE

  • 10+ years of experience in software/product engineering.
  • Proven expertise in building high-performance, data-intensive applications.
  • Experience with IoT platforms, sensor integration, and data ingestion frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of real-time data processing and low-latency system design.
  • Strong experience in system architecture, APIs, and microservices handling large

concurrent transactions.

  • Hands-on experience in performance tuning, scalability, and fault-tolerant architecture.
  • Proficient in one or more modern tech stacks (e.g., , Python, Java, Go, or C++).
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to Edge computing or AI-driven IoT solutions.
  • Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, MQTT, WebSockets).
  • Prior experience in bootstrapped/startup environments with high ownership roles.
