Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

  • Promote and sell products/services, explaining features and benefits.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Update and maintain CRM/database records.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance sales efforts.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Minimum 12th pass or graduation (any field).

  • Experience:
    Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Basic computer and MS Office proficiency.

  • Fluency in [insert languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language].

  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
