As the face of our luxury brand, the Guest Relations Executive ensures every visitor receives an exceptional and personalized experience. This role blends hospitality, design appreciation, and client service to create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the sophistication of our furniture collections. Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, offering refreshments and a guided showroom experience
Understand and communicate the brand's design philosophy and product details with confidence
Coordinate appointments and showroom tours for VIP clients and interior designers
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with prompt and courteous responses
Manage client feedback and resolve concerns with discretion and elegance
Maintain showroom ambiance—ensuring cleanliness, scent, lighting, and music align with brand standards
Collaborate with sales and design consultants to ensure seamless client handover
Organize and support in-store events, product launches, and private viewings
Maintain accurate guest logs, CRM entries, and follow-up communications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹42,000.00 per month
