Role Overview

We're seeking a
hands-on Solution Architect – Integration (Boomi / API / Middleware)
to lead the design, development, and governance of
enterprise-grade integration solutions
from our Noida office.

This role is ideal for a
technically strong and solution-oriented architect
who can balance
strategic design thinking
with
hands-on implementation
. You will define and deliver
scalable, secure, and reusable integration frameworks
leveraging
Boomi
and other iPaaS or middleware platforms, while ensuring interoperability across enterprise applications, cloud environments, and data systems.

You'll collaborate closely with
onshore architects, client technology leaders, and cross-functional delivery teams
to align solution architectures with business goals, technology standards, and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Define and maintain
  enterprise solution architecture blueprints
  covering
  integration, cloud, and application layers
  .
• Design and implement
  Boomi-based integration services
  ,
  EIB frameworks
  ,
  APIs
  , and
  middleware interfaces
  for secure and scalable interoperability.
• Architect
  hybrid and cloud-native solutions
  integrating on-prem, SaaS, and PaaS systems.
• Collaborate on
  application modernization
  ,
  data flow design
  , and
  real-time synchronization
  across platforms.
• Ensure
  security, compliance, and performance
  are embedded within all solution designs.
• Define
  error handling, monitoring, and logging standards
  across integration and cloud components.
• Conduct
  load testing, tuning, and performance optimization
  to meet SLAs.
• Evaluate and recommend
  platforms, accelerators, and reusable frameworks
  to enhance delivery efficiency.

Governance & Collaboration

• Establish and promote
  solution architecture principles
  ,
  governance standards
  , and
  best practices
  across projects.
• Partner with
  onshore architects, delivery managers, and engineering leads
  to align technical design and implementation.
• Provide
  hands-on leadership
  and guidance to development teams through reviews, mentoring, and architecture validation.
• Support
  SLA management, capacity planning
  , and
  incident resolution
  for integration and cloud environments.
• Maintain comprehensive
  documentation and reusable design assets
  to ensure consistency and scalability across teams.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years
  of experience in
  solution architecture
  spanning
  integration, cloud, and application domains
  .
• Proven
  hands-on expertise with Boomi (AtomSphere)
  and/or other iPaaS or middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, Informatica, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of
  API design
  ,
  REST/SOAP
  ,
  event-driven architectures
  , and
  message queues
  (Kafka, MQ, JMS, etc.).
• Experience with
  cloud platforms
  (AWS or Azure) including architecture, deployment, and integration design.
• In-depth understanding of
  security models
  such as OAuth2, JWT, encryption, and API gateway policies.
• Experience defining
  monitoring, retry, and alerting frameworks
  for complex integrations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for cross-functional collaboration with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating
  ERP systems (SAP, JDE)
  ,
  CRM
  , or
  custom enterprise applications
  .
• Exposure to
  data integration, MDM
  , or
  data orchestration
  architectures.
• Experience with
  microservices
  and
  containerized deployments
  (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with
  DevOps pipelines

  automation frameworks
  .
• Experience in
  retail, eCommerce, or logistics
  domains.
• Prior experience in
  consulting or architecture leadership
  roles supporting U.S.-based enterprise clients.
• Awareness of
  AI and GenAI-driven automation
  in integration or cloud operations (preferred).
