Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within the industry. Leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and promote our range of poultry products and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your sales skills and make a significant impact on our company's success in the dynamic poultry market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals within the industry.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the poultry sector, including farmers, processors, distributors, and retailers.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in the industry.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business and drive revenue growth while maximizing profitability.
Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in the poultry industry or a related field will be a advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-makers.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales growth, meeting targets, and exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
