About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Manager / Senior Manager – Loan & Credit Operations
to lead and oversee end-to-end loan operations for MSME and Business Loans. The ideal candidate will bring extensive NBFC experience, a strong foundation in central operations, and proven expertise in credit underwriting, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the
    complete loan operations lifecycle
    from CAM preparation to loan disbursement and closure.
  • Oversee
    central operations
    and ensure smooth execution of credit and loan processes.
  • Conduct and review
    credit underwriting
    for MSME and Business Loans.
  • Ensure compliance with
    RBI guidelines, RoC norms
    , and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (credit, risk, legal, collections) to streamline loan operations.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, identify process gaps, and implement improvements for efficiency.
  • Support audits, regulatory inspections, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the operations team.

Key Requirements

  • 12–18 years of overall experience
    , with at least
    7–10 years in NBFC central operations
    .
  • Proven track record in
    MSME & Business Loans operations
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    loan operations processes
    – from CAM to end-of-loan lifecycle.
  • Credit Underwriting Experience
    (mandatory).
  • In-depth knowledge of
    RBI guidelines, RoC compliances
    , and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CA / MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience in managing large teams within credit & loan operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
