  1. Ensure QMS conforms to ISO 9001:2015 through internal and certification body audits.

  2. Ensure QMS conforms to ISO 9001:2015 through internal & certification body audits.

  3. To Arrange surveillance audits in coordination with the certification body as per audit plan

  4. Ensure integrity of QMS maintained when changes in QMS planned & implemented

  5. Making the Manual, SOPs, WI and other documents.

  6. Prepare QMS Annual audit plan & MRM Plan.

  7. Conducting QMS internal audits as per the annual plan.

  8. Coordinate and arrange Management review meetings.

  9. Maintain Audit records.

  10. Ensure control of documents within QMS.

  11. Maintenance and updating of all formats and project related documentation.

  12. Keeping records of calibration of all instruments used in factory and their test certificates.

  13. Responsible for total activities for ISO 9001, ISO45001, ISO14001.

  14. Coordinate with a certification body for audits.

  15. Ensure promotion of customer focus throughout the organization

  16. Strong communication and interacting with fellow colleagues

  17. Requires good spoken and written English

  18. Lead to close Internal and certification body audit NCR.

  19. Imparting regular training on QMS to employees

  20. Maintain & verify the risk assessment record of related parties & co-ordinate to management.

  21. Prepare & maintain the quality objectives record & report to management

  22. Maintain Company Level Data on trends in Quality, Operational Performance, Customer Satisfaction data, and current status.

  23. Proficient in MS Excel, Word. Should be able to use Outlook, SharePoint and OneDrive
