Role Overview
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive based in Warangal who can generate and close construction leads for residential projects. The role involves direct client interaction, follow-ups, and coordination with our head office team in Hyderabad.
If you have experience or strong local connections in ventures, open plots, or local real estate, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads from the Warangal and nearby areas for home construction projects
- Close hot leads shared by the company through strong communication and follow-up
- Build and maintain relationships with local agents, brokers, and channel partners
- Conduct site visits and explain our company's construction process and pricing to clients
- Report daily lead activity and sales updates to the head office
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall sales growth
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate sales or lead generation
- Strong local network in Warangal (ventures, open plots, or home buyers)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with clear target focus
- Own two-wheeler preferred
