About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator who can script, shoot, and bring stories to life through engaging content. You'll be at the heart of our social media presence, spotting trends, adapting them to the study abroad niche, and building authentic connections with students. This role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting with content formats, thrives on social media culture, and isn't afraid to be in front of the camera.The Charter will includeScript, write, and deliver engaging copy while confidently appearing on camera.Create and publish short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) end-to-end—scripting, shooting, and editing.Spot and adapt trends, memes, and cultural moments to make them relevant for the study abroad audience.Manage content calendars, posting, and engagement across social media platforms.Track performance metrics and continuously improve based on engagement and growth data.Collaborate with designers, editors, and production teams to bring ideas to life.Ideal Persona Would HaveAt least 1 year of experience in digital content creation (professional role, internship, or personal projects).Hands-on experience running an active social media handle (brand, creator, or community) with consistent posting and measurable growth.Experience scripting, shooting, or being on-camera for published short-form content.Basic video editing skills (cuts, transitions, captions, Reels/TikTok tools).Strong storytelling skills with a creative hustle mindset—constantly experimenting with new formats and ideas.A visible portfolio or social handle that demonstrates creativity and measurable engagement.Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial, moves fast and operates with extreme ownership.There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.If the above defines you, you will fit in snugly.What is Leap?Leap is a global student mobility platform that empowers students' aspirations for a global career and educationWe have builtthisandthisandthisWe work at the exciting intersection of fintech & edtechAnd we love that we succeed as a business while powering the dreams of talented studentsHow far along are we?We are the leaders in our space by a mileWe are backed by Sequoia, Jungle Ventures, Owl Ventures & HarvardRead the latest fundraise newshereWho are we as people?We have a lean, rockstar team.We have come this far with a lean team because we love to increase the talent density with every new member we add.
