from producing high-quality feed and managing breeding farms to hygienic processing and

an integrated and sustainable system.

Key Responsibilities


• Execute sales and marketing activities to increase market share for Janaki Fresh Chicken in

assigned territories.


• Identify and develop new retail and institutional customers such as hotels, restaurants, and

catering companies.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.


• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct field sales initiatives.


• Coordinate product sampling, market promotions, and brand visibility campaigns.


• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer preferences.


• Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and suggestions for product improvement.


• Ensure brand representation that reflects the company's core values of quality, hygiene, and

trust.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.


• Preferably has proven experience of 1-2Y in field sales, preferably in FMCG, poultry, or meat

products.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region.


• Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills (MS Office).
