Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Management Consulting Intern based in Bengaluru with some flexibility for remote work. The intern will assist in research and analysis for client projects, collaborate on process improvement recommendations, and contribute to strategy development. Responsibilities include creating reports and presentations, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and working closely with teams on project implementation and performance tracking. The intern will gain hands-on experience in consulting methodologies and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, Salesforce, and other relevant automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for creating reports and delivering insights.
  • Knowledge of business process management and sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment while managing deadlines.
  • Relevant educational background in Business, Economics, or related fields preferred.
  • Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
