What you'll do:

  • Build and own the social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with our brand & business goals.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish content (posts, stories, reels, short videos).
  • Engage with our audience: respond to comments & messages, moderate community, maintain brand voice.
  • Monitor and analyse performance (reach, engagement, growth, conversions), prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Keep up with latest social / content trends; experiment with formats to see what works.
  • Coordinate with design / content / video teams to get visual + written assets ready.
  • Manage paid social campaigns and ensure assets are delivered on time.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years (or relevant) experience in social media management / strategy.
  • Strong copywriting + visual sense.
  • Good data instincts; comfortable working with metrics & insights.
  • Knowledge of tools like scheduling platforms, analytics dashboards, maybe some paid ads.
  • Creative thinker, proactive: doesn't wait to be told everything.
  • Excellent communication, ability to coordinate with different teams.
  • Leverage AI tools for trend research, content ideas, and performance insights

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in video content / reels / shorts.
  • Prior work in an ecommerce / brand / fast consumer goods / food-related business.
  • Basic understanding of SEO in social content.
