Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager
to lead and execute our
marketing strategy
across global markets. The ideal candidate will have
5–6 years of experience in IT software services marketing
, preferably with exposure to
cybersecurity, FinTech, or Web3 domains
.
You will be responsible for driving
brand visibility, lead generation, and digital engagement
through data-driven marketing initiatives. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of how to position technical services for maximum business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive
marketing strategies
aligned with company goals. - Plan and manage
digital marketing campaigns
across LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant platforms. - Create and manage
content strategies
— including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and whitepapers — that establish thought leadership in cybersecurity and emerging tech. - Collaborate with the
Business Development and Technical teams
to align marketing messaging with service offerings. - Build brand awareness through
targeted campaigns, PR, and community engagement
in the FinTech and Web3 ecosystems. - Analyze campaign performance, monitor ROI, and continuously optimize for better results.
- Manage website content, SEO, and lead-generation funnels to drive qualified inbound traffic.
- Organize and represent the brand at
industry events, webinars, and conferences
.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–6 years
of experience in
B2B marketing
within the
IT software services
or
technology
sector. - Proven experience in
digital marketing, brand building, and content strategy
. - Strong understanding of
cybersecurity, FinTech, or blockchain technologies
is a plus. - Hands-on experience with
marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, SEO, and CRM systems. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative writing skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing
cybersecurity, QA, or DevOps/MLOps services
. - Prior exposure to
global B2B markets
(US, EU, Middle East, or APAC). - Familiarity with
LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
