Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Manager located in Coimbatore. The Cost Manager will be responsible for preparing and managing budgets, analyzing costs, and ensuring projects remain within financial constraints. Day-to-day tasks include cost estimation, cost control, financial reporting, and working closely with the production and procurement teams to optimize costs. The role also involves conducting cost-benefit analysis, financial forecasting, and ensuring compliance with budget policies.

  • Budget preparation and cost estimation skills
  • Experience in cost control and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of cost-benefit analysis and financial forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work closely with production and procurement teams
  • Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus
