He or she drives business value optimization and prioritization in alignment with the Product Teams and Functional Domains. Agile Project managers can drive projects in a traditional, but mostly in an Agile manner and embed the Agile way of working.Responsibilities Relevant years of experience in Finance/Accounting in SSC/BPO environmentRelevant years of operational experience in RtR domains as Financial Accounting, Period End Closing, Tax and TreasuryExpertise in intercompany and financial consolidation processes (ICMR platform enables intracompany reconciliation (between legal entities) and SAP GR platform enables financial consolidation from legal entity to reporting entity)End to end understanding of finance processesUnderstanding and knowledge of Heineken RtR Global Standards, like Design Book, templates, and procedures > internal onlyAbility to understand the end-to-end process strategy and the application to the tasks and responsibilities of this position and explain them to the relevant stakeholdersProven experience with exposure to multiple tools and methodologies and familiarity with an ERP systemStrong analytical and project management skillsStrong and effective communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, effective time managementAbility to communicate well with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance or other related studies (Accounting or Management Accounting or Management Information Systems)Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Knowledge of SAP GR and ICMROpCo experience, OpCo network, HEINEKEN experienceShared Services / Global Business Services (GBS) experienceKnowledge of project management methodology (P3M, PMP, Prince, Agile or equivalent)Proven contribution to process improvement/standardization project as a project leader or member, with specific examplesExperience in conducting trainings.Why join Genpact?
