Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Electrochemist. The Electrochemist will conduct research and development activities focused on CO₂ electrolysis processes, energy storage systems, and fuel cells. Key responsibilities include designing experiments, analyzing electrochemical data, optimizing processes, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions for CO₂ valorization. The role also requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to improve and scale technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Electrochemistry, including hands-on experience with CO₂ electrolysis or related systems MEA systems only.
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) with a focus on innovative technologies
• Skills in designing and optimizing Energy Storage systems, such as batteries
• Familiarity with Fuel Cells, their principles, and applications in energy solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a laboratory environment and contribute to multidisciplinary projects
• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in scaling up electrochemical systems or working with modular setups is a plus
