We are seeking a Client Servicing professional with 4–5 years of experience in the events or wedding industry — someone who combines creativity with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

The role requires working closely with the Director to understand client needs, translate ideas into compelling presentations, and ensure seamless project execution from concept to delivery.

Attend client meetings with the Director to understand client requirements, expectations, and event objectives.

Conceptualize and create presentations and mood boards that reflect design sensibilities and align with the client's vision.

Coordinate with design, décor, and operations teams to ensure that creative ideas are executed flawlessly.

Prepare and maintain minutes, timelines, and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Requirements

4–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in weddings, events, or luxury lifestyle sectors.

Strong creative understanding with an eye for design, aesthetics, and detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with professionalism.
