Job Description:

Ridge IVF, a leading fertility clinic, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our fertility services, building strong relationships with clinics, and driving patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Clinic Visits: Visit multiple clinics and healthcare providers to promote Ridge IVF's services and establish partnerships.
  2. Patient Outreach: Actively engage with potential patients, understand their needs, and guide them toward Ridge IVF for treatment.
  3. Market Development: Identify and explore new areas to create awareness about Ridge IVF services and increase patient referrals.
  4. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and partners to ensure consistent referrals.
  5. Promotional Activities: Organize and execute offline marketing campaigns, events, and awareness drives to attract patients.
  6. Reporting: Provide regular updates on marketing activities, leads generated, and progress in meetings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or fertility industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and confidence in building professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to various locations for marketing purposes.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive attitude.
